Job summary

Quantum is expanding its Business Analytics team in London and is seeking a Business Analyst to turn Rewards and Core data into clear, trusted answers. You will build reporting and analysis that inform decisions and learn to work AI-natively from day one.

In this role you will pull, shape and interrogate data with SQL, create dashboards in Looker/Tableau/Power BI, and explain findings to non-analysts. You’ll collaborate with teams, embrace AI tools, and grow as you own pieces of work end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical reasoning required.
• Experience with SQL or quick learner to become fluent.
• Proficient in at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• AI-native mindset; able to use AI tools to accelerate work.
• Ability to explain complex findings clearly in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Pull, shape and interrogate data with SQL to answer questions across teams.
• Build and evolve reporting and dashboards that are accurate and readable.
• Turn raw numbers into clear findings and explain them to non-analysts.
• Use AI tools to write queries, create dashboards, and summarise results.
• Take on analysis independently, owning pieces of work end to end.
