Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a leading global technology company in Central London, seeking a Business Data Analyst for a 10-month hybrid contract. You’ll build AI-ready data foundations, develop cross-region dashboards, and deliver actionable insights that improve customer experience and digital initiatives.

The role emphasizes scalable data pipelines, governance, and the use of Generative AI to streamline analytics and reporting. Starting Oct 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Analytics or Data Science, with exposure to Customer Success, Operations, or Digital Experience.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and pipeline development.
• Experience with dashboarding/visualisation tools (Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
• Familiarity with big data tools (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark) and ETL processes.
• Proven ability to communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance strategic priorities with execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build robust data foundations by collaborating with engineering to develop pipelines, improve data integrity, and governance for international markets.
• Develop data capabilities that function across regions, adapting to local regulatory/language/workflow differences.
• Automate recurring reporting and validation to improve accuracy and AI-readiness of data structures and taxonomies.
• Create scalable dashboards that connect metrics across the customer journey, not isolated silos.
• Deliver deep-dive analytics to identify drivers of customer pain points and operational inefficiencies.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve journeys and staffing decisions.
• Advance AI-native analytics by leveraging Generative AI tools to automate insight generation and AI-assisted workflows.
• Support A/B testing and digital experience evaluations; quantify impact.
• Provide baseline metrics, monitor results, and scale successful initiatives with AI-enabled analytics.
• Influence strategy by clearly communicating insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
