Job summary

Unknown company in Manchester is seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst to join a major AI-led transformation. You will identify where Generative AI, Agentic AI and automation can improve business processes, reduce manual effort and enable better decision-making.

You will map current processes, design future AI-enabled workflows and translate challenges into AI use cases, requirements and user stories, while collaborating with engineers and business teams to ensure safe, scalable AI

Qualifications

5+ years in Business Analysis / Transformation
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Power Apps or Azure AI Services
Experience with process mapping/BPMN, requirements gathering, user stories, change management and technology delivery

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritise high-value AI and automation opportunities
Map current processes and design future-state, AI-enabled workflows
Translate business challenges into AI use cases, requirements, user stories and success measures
Work closely with Engineers, Data, Security and business teams to develop safe, scalable AI solutions
Support POCs, pilots and rollouts, including testing, acceptance criteria and business readiness
Help drive change, training and adoption of new AI-enabled ways of working
Track benefits including productivity, cost savings, adoption and AI/token usage
Develop reusable prompt libraries, AI workflows, templates and best-practice materials
