Together in Cheadle is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our AI team. You will identify, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value across AI and automation projects.

Working with stakeholders, SMEs, delivery teams, and product owners, you will translate goals into epics, user stories, and test criteria, while maintaining traceability, DPAs/DPIAs compliance, and strong governance across agile and waterfall

Qualifications

Proven ability to plan, design, and lead effective workshops.
Strong analytical mindset with structured business analysis techniques.
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Confident operating across all levels of the business.
Skilled in stakeholder management and translating requirements.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and manage requirements, ensuring traceability and alignment with business goals.
Define scope, support estimation, and contribute to business case and delivery planning.
Document processes, business rules, and key artefacts, driving continuous improvement.
Conduct DPAs and DPIs to ensure regulatory and data protection compliance.
Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Facilitate agile delivery through story refinement, design validation, and cross-team collaboration.
Lead sprint reviews, support testing and release readiness, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
