Job summary

Echo Talent is representing a leading professional services firm seeking a Senior Applications Analyst to join its Innovation & AI team in the UK. This role focuses on owning applications across their full lifecycle, from implementation through support to decommissioning.

You'll drive improvements, support integrations and APIs, manage vendors, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver better business outcomes. An interest in AI and emerging technology is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with business applications / systems.
• Experience implementing and supporting applications.
• Strong understanding of the application lifecycle.
• Experience working with vendors and third-party suppliers.
• Professional services experience is a must.
• An interest in AI and emerging technology.
• Strong problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Integration / API experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of applications across their full lifecycle, from implementation to decommissioning.
• Manage introductions of new applications and collaboration with software vendors.
• Oversee live apps, including upgrades, configuration, and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot application issues and support user groups.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements and drive better outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency and process improvements.
• Support integrations and APIs where required.
• Help shape the organisation's approach to innovation and AI.
