Responsibilities

This is a great opportunity for an experienced applications / business systems professional who wants to work with emerging AI and technology without needing to be an AI developer or engineer.

The role

You'll take ownership of business applications across their full lifecycle, from implementation through to ongoing support and eventual decommissioning.

You'll be responsible for:

• Bringing new applications into the organisation
• Supporting implementation projects and working with software vendors
• Managing applications once live, including upgrades, configuration and issue resolution
• Troubleshooting application issues and supporting users
• Working with stakeholders to identify improvements and deliver better business outcomes
• Identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency and process improvement
• Supporting integrations and APIs where required
• Helping shape the organisation's approach to innovation and AI
