Job summary

ConnexAI is seeking a Deployment Excellence Coordinator to join our growing Operations team, helping deliver AI agent deployments for customers across industries. You'll coordinate deployments from planning through go-live, ensuring projects run smoothly, documentation is accurate, risks are managed proactively, and customers receive a seamless implementation experience.

• Experience maintaining documentation and operational records.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar and Drive).
• A genuine interest in AI, technology and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI agent deployments across multiple customers and projects.
• Maintain deployment documentation, tracking tools and operational records.
• Monitor deployment progress, identifying and escalating risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support deployment readiness, go-live activities and post-deployment reviews.
• Produce deployment reports, metrics and status updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes and customer experience.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Operations teams.
