Job summary

ConnexAI is seeking a Deployment Excellence Coordinator to join our expanding Operations team. You will coordinate AI agent deployments from planning through go-live, ensuring projects run smoothly and documentation remains accurate.

You will monitor progress, manage risks, support go-live activities and produce deployment reports. Close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Operations is expected for a seamless deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI agent deployments across multiple customers and projects.
• Maintain deployment documentation, tracking tools and operational records.
• Monitor deployment progress, identifying and escalating risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support deployment readiness, go-live activities and post-deployment reviews.
• Produce deployment reports, metrics and status updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes and customer experience.
