Job summary

ConnexAI is seeking a Deployment Excellence Coordinator to join our growing Operations team, coordinating AI agent deployments from planning through go-live for customers across multiple industries.

You will ensure projects run smoothly, maintain deployment documentation and records, monitor progress, identify risks, and provide post-deployment reviews, reports and continuous improvement insights.

We're looking for a Deployment Excellence Coordinator to join our growing Operations team, helping deliver AI agent deployments for customers across a range of industries.

You'll coordinate deployments from planning through go-live, ensuring projects run smoothly, documentation is accurate, risks are managed proactively, and customers receive a seamless implementation experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate AI agent deployments across multiple customers and projects.
• Maintain deployment documentation, tracking tools and operational records.
• Monitor deployment progress, identifying and escalating risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support deployment readiness, go-live activities and post-deployment reviews.
• Produce deployment reports, metrics and status updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes and customer experience.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Operations teams.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience maintaining documentation and operational records.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar and Drive).

Nice to have:

• Experience in SaaS, AI or technology companies.
• Experience supporting customer implementations or deployments.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of deployment, implementation or project delivery processes.
• Experience producing operational reports or dashboards.
