Qualifications

Experience integrating with enterprise systems via APIs or middleware.
Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Scope and implement AI Agent use cases across workflows with enterprise customers.
Integrate IFS Loops platform with customer systems.
Tune agent behavior to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
Troubleshoot deployments and iterate for performance and accuracy.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success for roadmap.
Document decisions and hand off deployments to customer engineering or support.
Lead design and deployment of intelligent agents from discovery to launch.
