Job summary

J.P. Morgan in London seeks an experienced Senior Associate AI Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end AI initiatives within International Consumer Banking. You will establish the AI Centre of Excellence, embed a GenAI operating model, and drive adoption aligned with the bank's strategic vision.

You will coordinate across risk, legal, and business lines to ensure compliant, high-impact delivery while shaping culture and accelerating innovation within ICB.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transformation or portfolio delivery in regulated environments.
• Define and execute strategy with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Apply exceptional program management skills including planning, governance, budget and vendor management.
• Familiar with AI/ML and GenAI delivery lifecycle and associated risk and control processes.
• Communicate and influence effectively, distilling complex topics for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the establishment of the AI Centre of Excellence for ICB.
• Support and shape the delivery of ICB’s AI strategy and roadmap, translating commercial and technical priorities into actionable plans.
• Support the embedding of AI strategy across ICB through clear communications and leadership forums.
• Support the defining and management of commercial and technical AI OKRs, tracking outcomes and course-correcting as needed.
• Run transparent intake and triage processes, prioritizing based on business and commercial value and risk(s).
• Support the establishment of GenAI delivery standards and playbooks for evaluation, safety, and monitoring.
• Support compliance with internal policies, model risk governance and regulatory requirements.
• Support cultural change to scale responsible GenAI use across ICB.
• Support the delivery of a high-performance AI delivery team and operating model.
• Cultivate strong partnerships across JPMorganChase platforms, risk, legal, and business lines
