Job summary

Osborne Clarke is seeking an Innovation Solutions Architect (Solutions Manager) to join our Solutions team in Bristol or London. The role focuses on exploring and piloting AI technologies, data integrations and orchestration layers to enhance legal services.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to research, evaluate and pilot AI technologies for legal services.
• Experience with data integration tools and orchestration layers.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and related tooling.
• Strong stakeholder management across tech, change and compliance.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred.
• Ability to lead client-facing discussions and drive adoption of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven innovation initiatives with ITS, Change and Risk teams.
• Pilot data integration and orchestration using Boomi, MCPs and related tools.
• Assess and integrate platforms like PowerApps and CoPilot into the tech stack.
• Collaborate to build scaleable, practical solutions for legal services.
• Guide product development and manage delivery of client-facing solutions.
• Champion cross-functional pilots and build a business case for rollout.
