Job summary

Osborne Clarke Solutions (OCS) in the UK is seeking an Innovation Solutions Architect to join our growing team either in London or Bristol. You will explore and pilot AI technologies, data integrations, and low‑code platforms to enhance legal service delivery, working with ITS, Change, and Risk & Compliance.

You will lead R&D initiatives, evaluate new tools such as Boomi, MCPs, PowerApps and CoPilot, and drive adoption across the OC technology stack. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience researching, evaluating, and piloting AI technologies to solve business problems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technology, change, and compliance teams.
• Experience in a professional services environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI–driven innovation and R&D initiatives with ITS, Change, and Risk & Compliance teams.
• Research and pilot data integration solutions including Boomi, MCPs, and orchestration layers.
• Drive adoption of solutions across the firm and across OC technology stack.
• Develop automated documents and configure OC tools for client or OC use.
• Manage roadmaps and coordinate iterations with stakeholders.
