Job summary

Osborne Clarke Solutions (OCS) in Bristol is seeking a Solutions Manager to lead AI-driven innovation and client-focused delivery in a hybrid role. The position can be four days a week or full-time and is permanent, based in our Bristol office with hybrid working arrangements.

You will spearhead AI initiatives, engage stakeholders, manage key client accounts, and help evolve OC Solutions’ products and services to deliver greater value and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven innovation projects across the firm.
• Lead and support delivery of client-facing work.
• Interact with external clients and OC teams to define requirements.
• Oversee solution delivery and adoption by clients and teams.
• Contribute to building solutions via OC tech stack and automation docs.
• Ensure thorough testing with clients and plan iterative improvements.
• Manage ongoing client solutions and growth of relationships.
• Participate in product development with client feedback.
• Act as brand ambassador for Osborne Clarke Solutions.
