Job summary

Harcourt Matthews Ltd. is hiring an Innovation AI & Legal Technologist for a leading international law firm with offices across the UK and Europe.

This role sits at the forefront of the firm's AI agenda, researching how emerging technologies and data orchestration can transform legal service delivery. You will collaborate with IT, change and risk teams, pilot new tools, build automation, and help scale solutions across the firm.

Qualifications

AI and integration experience across tools and data platforms.
Low-code/orchestration knowledge with familiar platforms (PowerApps).
Experience in a law firm or professional services environment with workflow automation.
Strong senior stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Curious, adaptable innovator comfortable learning new tech and driving change.

Responsibilities

Research and pilot emerging technology – evaluate AI tools and orchestration layers.
Drive data and platform integration using PowerApps and Copilot to connect existing systems.
Lead cross-functional pilot programmes with IT, change, and risk teams to build business cases.
Build, test, and refine solutions with document automation and iterative improvements.
Promote innovation across the firm with demonstrations, case studies, and industry talks.
