Job summary

Indicium AI is seeking an experienced AI & Data Delivery Manager to lead and scale high-impact AI and data engagements for our clients. You will oversee multi-million-pound programmes, balancing technical excellence with commercial outcomes and long-term client impact.

In this role you’ll manage pre-sales shaping, define roadmaps, ensure governance and risk management, and mentor delivery teams across regions, partnering with customers to drive measurable transformation while maintaining

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading multi-million AI/data engagements.
• Strong commercial acumen, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience applying Agile, Lean and product-thinking.
• Consulting/tech delivery background, FS/Energy/Healthcare preferred.
• Stakeholder engagement at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex AI and data engagements with governance and risk management.
• Oversee a portfolio of data/AI engagements across regions.
• Own engagement lifecycle from pre-sales to post-delivery transition.
• Partner with customers to deliver measurable transformation.
• Ensure scalable, compliant AI/data solutions.
• Build and scale high-performing delivery teams.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Develop reusable delivery methodologies and frameworks.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and profitability.
• Identify and mitigate technical, data privacy and scope risks.
• Ensure governance and regulatory compliance.
