Deloitte’s Life Sciences AI & Data team in London seeks a Manager to lead large-scale AI programmes aligned to Commercial & Marketing. You will engage with senior stakeholders, shape AI-powered solutions, and mentor cross-functional teams across global client programmes.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Business/Marketing, Data Analytics/Data Science/Artificial Intelligence, or other related subject(s).
Demonstrated experience in managing team and senior stakeholders throughout complex projects.
Interest and experience in driving client relationships and business development.
Experience in solution design, focused on User Experience and business impact.

Responsibilities

Engage directly with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams to shape, define, and deliver transformative AI-enabled programmes.
Lead teams / workstreams to design and develop AI-powered solutions that solve the most critical challenges and opportunities in Commercial (incl. Content & Marketing).
Support the growth of our Commercial AI practice through business development and proposition development (Points of View documents and internal accelerator solutions).
Contribute to management of programme commercials (pricing and financial management) and approval / risk processes.
