Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Manager, Cloud Solution Architect, Customer Success Manager, or Technical Project Manager.
• Experience with AI or cloud products from major technology providers.
• Experience with digital-native businesses, software vendors, and system integrators across e-commerce, media, entertainment, gaming, and education.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues and issue escalations.
• Technical Guidance and Support: Serve as the primary customer liaison during the post-sales phase in Europe. Understand customers' business scenarios and summarize product application best practices in real customer use cases.
• AI Adoption & Value Realization: Help customers maximize value by guiding best practices for AI model deployment, API optimization, and use case expansion.
• Project Management & Ownership: Plan and execute onboarding, deployment, and expansion projects; monitor progress and provide updates and technical support.
• Thought Leadership: Stay current with AI and cloud technologies; contribute to best practices, insights articles, and technical documentation.
