Job summary

Protolabs in Telford is hiring an AI Customer Success Engineer to bridge technology and business. This hybrid role requires weekly onsite work and a passion for turning AI capabilities into tangible improvements for users across manufacturing and engineering domains.

You will embed with business users, build no-code AI solutions, analyze feedback, and guide rollout while working with product managers to deliver measurable value across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., CS, IS, BI).
• 3–5 years in customer success engineering, AI/digital solutions, or tech enablement.
• Hands-on with no-code/low-code AI platforms to build agents, automations, and apps.

Responsibilities

• Sit with business users to understand workflows and use cases for AI tooling.
• Create/configure agents, apps, and automations within AI tooling with end-users.
• Process and analyze user feedback; surface gaps between expectations and capabilities.
• Develop onboarding materials and guide users through adoption.
• Elicit, document, and refine functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Conduct demos and feedback calls with business users.
