Job summary

Brandtech Group in London seeks a Content Strategist & AI Copy Lead to own positioning, messaging, and copy across a B2B payments context. You’ll build copy frameworks, prompts, and tone frameworks to enable AI tools to produce on-brand drafts at scale, while ensuring editorial quality.

You’ll work within an established strategy, gradually taking on intake, briefing, and prioritisation, evolving studio operations, and guiding senior stakeholders to align content with commercial priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior copywriter or content lead in an agency, in‑house team, or content studio.
• Strong ability to develop positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives from complex information.
• Excellent writing and editing skills across long and short form, including thought leadership, emails, and social posts.
• Experience building reusable content tools: tone‑of‑voice guides, message houses, prompt libraries, or templates.
• Critical editorial eye: assess AI‑generated copy and improve it via prompts or edits.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives for products, propositions, and sectors.
• Write and edit high-quality copy across web, email, social, ads, datasheets, decks, and video scripts.
• Lead thought leadership content and supporting assets in line with content strategy.
• Build and maintain copy generation frameworks in Pencil and approved AI tools.
• Review and refine AI-generated copy with editorial oversight and prompt refinement.
