The Role

We seek a clinically experienced AI Clinical Workflow Lead to support the integration of AI into patient pathways, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows, standards, and governance. Responsibilities include workflow mapping, SOP creation, compliance, incident reviews, and supporting internal communication strategies.

What You’ll Need

• Clinical background (Optometrist) with governance or clinical transformation experience
• Experience in creating/updating clinical SOPs, audits, and supporting digital change
• Attention to detail and process mapping skills
• Strong written communication skills for translating clinical workflows into operational guidance
• Experience drafting SOP summaries, guidance documents, or briefing materials
• Ability to work across teams supporting safe, scalable feature launches
• Bonus: Knowledge of clinical risk frameworks and digital safety standards (DCB0160, UKCA)
