Job Description:

Our client, a global leader in outsourcing services, is looking for an immediately available Senior Management Accountant/Finance Manager to join their team on a 6-9 month contract. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations while various projects are ongoing.

Working Pattern: Remote across the UK or Ireland

The role includes:

• Taking ownership of statutory, corporation, and payroll tax for multiple entities
• Collaborating with an offshore BPO team to ensure compliance with year-end audits
• Managing reporting deadlines, reviewing management accounts, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and balance sheets
• Managing external payroll partnerships, ensuring compliance and meeting SLAs
• Assisting the Financial Controller with cash flow and treasury forecasting

Your experience:

• Fully qualified or nearly qualified accountant
• Strong technical accounting background
• Highly autonomous and self-sufficient
• Experience in Workforce Management, Talent Managed Service Providers / Programmes (MSPs), Employer of Records (EoRs), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPOs), or Global Recruitment companies is highly desired
