Martis Search are delighted to be partnering with a London-based, credit-focused Hedge Fund to appoint a permanent “Front Office AI & Investment Technology Specialist.” This newly created role offers direct collaboration with Portfolio Managers and senior management to develop AI-driven solutions that enhance investment capabilities and revenue generation.

The successful candidate will have approximately five years’ professional experience within Financial Services, ideally gained within a Hedge

Qualifications

• Strong technical capability with AI and investment tech experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Experience working with Front Office investment teams and understanding revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and implement AI-driven tools for investment activities.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Analysts to improve research and trading workflows.
• Develop scalable AI solutions and automation across investment processes.
• Evaluate impact on productivity, analytics and revenue generation.
