Job summary

BT Group is seeking a Future AI Workforce Learning Specialist to lead the AI capability agenda across BT Business, shaping learning and workforce readiness for 14,000 colleagues.

You will design curricula, learning pathways and interventions that enable responsible AI adoption, build capability pipelines and measure impact on adoption, productivity and ROI. The role collaborates across business, digital transformation and external partners.

Qualifications

• AI fluency, responsible AI capability, enterprise adoption at scale.
• Enterprise skills strategy, learning pathways, capability programmes.
• Experience designing apprenticeships, bootcamps and talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the learning strategy for AI-enabled capabilities.
• Translate capability needs into curricula, pathways and interventions.
• Design learning interventions for responsible AI use with communities of practice.
• Lead specialist capability programmes, including cohort planning and partner coordination.
• Shape structured skills pathways for current and future talent with external partners.
• Partner with business and transformation teams to support pilots and new working methods.
