Job summary

MRJ Recruitment is working with a leading UK AI product consultancy to fill a Business Analyst role for a high-profile F1 transformation programme onsite in the UK. You will map AS-IS processes, identify automation opportunities, and shape TO-BE solutions with a technical delivery team.

Based onsite 2–3 days a week, you will engage with senior stakeholders across motorsport functions, gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate challenges into measurable business value through

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple transformation programmes (automation focus preferred).
• At least two automation programmes completed.
• Background in Formula 1, motorsport or automotive sector.
• Passion for AI and automation in daily tasks.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and operations teams.
• Ability to map complex organisation and its processes quickly.
• Strong requirements gathering and workshop facilitation skills.
• Practical mindset focused on measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders across business functions to understand needs.
• Document current processes, systems and workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
• Translate challenges into clear requirements and use cases.
• Assess where AI/automation delivers business value.
• Support design of future-state processes with the delivery team.
• Assist stakeholders in adopting new processes and tools.
• Collaborate with technical teams on design and delivery.
