Job summary

Greenarc Fuel Cards Ltd is seeking a Technology & AI Analyst to drive the next stage of its technology and AI strategy. You will work hands‑on across AI, automation, systems and data, turning business problems into practical delivery from requirements to testing and deployment.

The role involves testing AI agents, improving prompts, connecting AI to CRM and databases, and contributing to strategic tech projects.

Qualifications

Genuine interest in technology and AI and how things work.
Analytical approach with comfort handling data.
Ability to take ownership and see work through to delivery.
Strong organisation and attention to detail across multiple tasks.
Confident communication with technical and non‑technical people.
Willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
Experience with generative AI, AI agents, prompt engineering and workflow automation is a plus.
Experience with CRM and data integration tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

Test and analyse AI agents, conversations and workflows to understand success or failure.
Improve prompts, instructions, knowledge and workflows for AI solutions.
Connect AI solutions with CRM, databases, APIs and business systems for prototyping and automation.
Measure accuracy, performance, adoption and business impact.
Improve CRM and internal applications and data flows; identify data issues and root causes.
Query data, support dashboards and management information, and improve data quality.
Own smaller technology projects and translate requirements into actions and tasks.
Coordinate developers, suppliers and internal teams to manage priorities and delivery.
Plan and run structured user‑acceptance testing and document issues.
