Job summary

Vinarchy seeks an Automation & AI Analyst to design and deliver AI-powered improvements across the business. You will bridge business teams and technology, shaping how work gets done with automation, Generative AI, AI Agents, and Copilot-enabled workflows.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, build scalable solutions, and measure outcomes like time savings and adoption. Regular UK travel and a presence in our offices support delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years in Automation, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, AI, or related disciplines.
Knowledge of APIs, data integration, and system connectivity principles.
Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to evolving technologies.
Good understanding of Generative AI, Copilot, AI Agents, and intelligent automation technologies.
Working knowledge of low-code and no-code technologies for rapid solution development.

Responsibilities

Design workflows leveraging Copilot, AI Agents, Power Platform, and Azure AI Services.
Implement AI-assisted solutions across design to production deployment lifecycle.
Identify opportunities to increase employee productivity through AI augmentation.
Monitor AI solution effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Promote responsible and ethical use of AI technologies.
Translate technical AI capabilities into practical business solutions.
