You will work closely with the Director, learning rapidly, taking ownership, and gaining hands-on experience in AI-driven solutions while contributing to CRM and data initiatives.

The role emphasizes curiosity, independent experimentation, and responsibility from early on, with mentoring and exposure to live projects and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student in technical, analytical or business-technology discipline.
• Genuine interest in AI and emerging technology with evidence of curiosity and experimentation.
• Analytical approach and motivation to solve difficult problems.
• Ability to learn quickly, communicate clearly and take ownership.
• Comfort working with data and numbers.
• Energy, resilience and openness to challenging existing approaches.

Responsibilities

• Test AI agents, conversations and automated workflows, analyzing performance.
• Learn how prompts, knowledge, retrieval-augmented generation, tools and APIs shape AI results.
• Prototype ideas and automations with AI-assisted development tools.
• Help improve Greenarc's CRM and internal apps via API integrations.
• Translate business requirements into potential AI-based solutions.
• Work with operational data, building SQL skills and querying relational databases.
• Support dashboards and management reporting using analytical tools.
• Support live projects from research to release with developers and suppliers.
