Job summary

Intelix.AI is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business teams with Product, Engineering, Data, Architecture, Cybersecurity and Risk & Controls on AI and automation initiatives in banking. The role goes beyond traditional process mapping, shaping how AI-enabled products and agentic workflows interact with users and enterprise systems.

You will define agent workflows, decision points and exception handling, while producing user stories, maps, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst in private-sector technology delivery.
• Ability to translate business outcomes into technical and functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex banking processes and identify opportunities for AI-enabled transformation.
• Translate business outcomes into clear technical and functional requirements.
• Map systems, APIs, data flows, user journeys and integration dependencies.
• Define agent workflows, decision points, human approvals and exception handling.
• Produce user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and technical documentation.
• Work closely with Product Managers, AI/ML Engineers, Architects and control functions.
• Support testing, implementation, governance and production readiness.
