Job summary

Vervaunt, now part of IDHL, is a London-based eCommerce and paid media consultancy focused on growth for aspirational retail brands.

The company seeks a senior product leader to own the AI and automation agenda, embedding intelligent automation into how work is delivered for clients and the business. You'll drive strategy, internal tooling, and client-facing innovation in a hybrid, London-based role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives in a consultancy, agency, or fast-growth business.
• Strong technical understanding of AI tools, LLMs, workflow automation platforms, and API integrations.
• Track record of driving process change and securing organisation-wide buy-in.
• Excellent commercial instinct prioritising business impact over technical novelty.
• Strong project management and communication skills with founders and contributors.
• Comfortable operating in an evolving AI environment, bringing structure over rigidity.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive AI and automation strategy across all functions, collaborating with founders.
• Audit workflows to identify automation opportunities and design scalable improvements.
• Lead internal tooling and lightweight product initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Identify opportunities where AI can add value to client engagements and offerings.
• Build a culture of curiosity, run training sessions, and scale the automation team as needed.
