Job summary

Verve Direct Limited in the UK is seeking a client-facing, mid-level insight leader to own delivery of AI-powered insight projects from end to end. You’ll act as the day-to-day lead on assignments, shaping direction with senior leads while mentoring junior team members to deliver high-quality work, and you’ll learn to build, shape and interpret Verve’s AI-enabled simulations as part of project work.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ experience in commercial insight leadership.
• Experience translating briefs into actionable research programmes.
• Ability to lead complex delivery and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI-powered insight programmes across high-value client accounts.
• Coach Senior Consultants and Associates, ensuring quality and delivery.
• Scope, resource, timelines and budgets; ensure commercially sound delivery.
• Stay abreast of AI developments and apply them pragmatically to client work.
