Job summary

Bullish is seeking an AI Engineer to join the Internal Tools & Automation team in the UK. You will identify operational bottlenecks, build tooling to fix them, and own delivery from concept to production. You will prototype with LLMs, create agentic workflows, and empower non-technical teams to use what you build.

You'll work across Customer Success, Exchange Operations, Trading, and Custody, driving measurable impact with rapid iteration and clear storytelling about improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have shipped tools that people actually used.
• Proven ability to move fast with LLMs and coordinate multiple agents.
• Ability to handle production readiness: evals, observability, error handling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a business counterpart to identify bottlenecks and build tools to fix them.
• Move autonomously across the organization to gather requirements and secure data access.
• Ship using tools fit for the job (n8n, Make, Zapier, Lovable, or Python).
• Build and maintain production AI systems (RAG pipelines, conversational interfaces, workflow automation).
• Run workshops to help non-technical teams use what you build.
• Define metrics upfront and report on impact.
