Job summary

Myn is seeking an AI Lead to drive development and customization of our AI stack for the UK and Ireland market. You will design, test and implement practical, compliant AI solutions across the business, focusing on reliability, accuracy and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating large language models into production systems with robust prompt/context design.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation and structured output.
• Ability to handle failures gracefully and measure impact.
• Hands-on with at least one major cloud AI platform (Azure/AWS/Vertex).
• Strong software/backend fundamentals: APIs, data pipelines, testing, CI/CD.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders and full production ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and customization of AI solutions for UK & IE from prototype to production ownership.
• Build agents and routines using generative AI to support business processes.
• Identify AI opportunities across Operations, Commercial, Compliance and Finance and size them for delivery.
• Design solutions with retrieval, tool-calling, and agentic workflows where appropriate.
• Own evaluation criteria and ensure changes improve or at least do not degrade performance.
• Manage pilots, scaling, monitoring of cost, latency and business impact.
• Collaborate with local and group teams and with IT security and legal on governance.
