Job summary

Plexus Resource Solutions Ltd in London is recruiting an AI Automation Engineer to partner with every department and build AI agents that streamline operations.

You will design workflows, prototype agent-based solutions, deploy AI agents for reporting, data processing and internal tasks, and continuously refine models to boost performance while ensuring data privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building or integrating AI systems, intelligent agents or automation frameworks.
• Experience in Forex, FinTech or similar, supporting Sales, Marketing and Finance teams with AI.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases and agent architecture (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or custom frameworks).
• Python, plus familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks and automation tools.
• Experience with RAG, chains and memory management in AI systems.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure and enterprise integrations.
• Able to translate business needs into technical solutions and explain them clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business departments to identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities.

• Monitor system performance and continuously refine agent behaviour and models.
