Job summary

Antony Hodari Solicitors seeks an AI and Automation developer to design, build, and support the internal platform around Proclaim, the firm’s core case management system. You will work across desktop apps, APIs, SQL Server, and third-party integrations, delivering production-ready AI-driven solutions.

The role is hands-on and requires ownership from requirements to go-live, with hybrid home/office working in Manchester and strong emphasis on AI tooling and guardrails.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in data structures.
• Working knowledge of Proclaim and related workflows.
• Relational databases and SQL Server proficiency.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and webhooks.
• Full-stack experience across frontend and backend.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve AI-driven processes with Proclaim in mind.
• Translate requirements into working software across stack (React/TS, Electron, Python, Node.js).
• Design and maintain SQL Server data models and integrations.
• Build and maintain REST API integrations and webhooks.
• Implement AI coding tools with rigorous testing and reviews.
• Ensure monitoring, logging and governance for AI workflows.
