Job summary

Leadout Capital is hiring Technical Builders to join a builder pod of cross-functional engineers shipping agentic solutions for Fortune 500 customers. From day one, your code runs in customer environments where the stakes are real, not configuration work.

You will own components end-to-end, work with AI tools, data pipelines across Snowflake and Databricks, and travel ~25% to work with customers. 3+ years of software delivery experience and hands-on with LLMs are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Production system experience you’d be proud to walk us through.
• Fluency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Comfortable presenting to sales teams and customer architects.
• Willing to travel ~25% to work with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real companies.
• Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration with customer systems.
• Own technical components end-to-end: from architecture to production.
• Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
• Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs that move from sketch to deployable quickly.
• Surface platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to senior Builders and the Agentforce product team.
• Partner with the Strategic Builder to translate customer challenges into agentic solutions.
