adm-Indicia is seeking to join our AI Agentics team to design and build agentic systems powering AI deployments. This role involves close collaboration with the AI practice and wider business teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and reliable agent designs.

You will work on orchestration, tool integration, and playbooks, ensuring safe and effective operation in real business environments. This is a pivotal opportunity to shape our AI future.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, or building apps on top of LLMs.
• Experience integrating agents with existing tools, APIs and business systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and agent designs.
• Experience authoring SOPs, playbooks, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Combine LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and tool integration to create agents for real business use.
• Work with AI Agentics, Operations, and Client Services to design and develop agentic solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for agent designs.
• Scope agent behaviour to align with business requirements.
• Build orchestration logic and tool integrations enabling agent functionality.
• Author clear documentation to support development and deployment.
• Create playbooks and SOPs for reuse by others.
• Ensure agentic systems are designed correctly from the outset.
• Ensure agents behave safely and reliably with real systems.
• Support successful implementation through robust design, governance and documentation.
