Job summary

SimCorp is seeking an AI Learning Consultant to join its newly formed AI Enablement team in London. You will design and lead AI learning experiences, developing capabilities from executive awareness to applied practitioner skills.

You will coordinate AI literacy across functions, create learning content, and build playbooks and toolkits for the SimCorp context, while collaborating with HR and business leaders to deliver scalable programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning & development, organizational capability building, or training facilitation.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering effective training programs in a corporate environment, covering digital tools or technology topics.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools and translating that into engaging, practical learning content.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align AI literacy initiatives across functions, acting as the go-to resource for learning design and enablement content.
• Design, develop, and deliver role-relevant AI learning programmes across all employee functions and maturity levels - in close collaboration with HR and functional leaders.
• Build and maintain a library of playbooks, prompt guides, use-case templates, and workflow toolkits tailored to SimCorp context.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions, workshops, and self-paced learning modules for tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude, ensuring content remains current as tooling evolves.
• Support advisory work by contributing training components to advisory and co-build engagements with business functions.
• Manage communities of practice, AI advocates networks, and cross-functional knowledge-sharing sessions to sustain momentum.
• Measure learning effectiveness through adoption data, surveys, and feedback loops; refine content based on outcomes.
• Contribute to change management communications and awareness campaigns that support AI adoption across the organization.
