Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an AI Deployment Manager in London to lead post-sales enablement for ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents, designing adoption interventions and live workshops that drive durable usage and measurable business value.

You will partner with Sales, Solutions, and Delivery Leads, own customer outcomes across onboarding to expansion, and help shape how enablement accelerates product adoption across enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in customer facing, enablement, or instructional roles.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Strong product fluency across OpenAI products and enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the enablement of OpenAI products, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents, for enterprise teams.
• Serve as SME for designated product areas and translate feedback into product improvements.
• Lead customer enablement across onboarding, expansion, and long-term adoption.
• Design and deliver high-impact engagements: onboarding sessions, trainings, executive briefings, and workshops.
• Drive activation, sustained usage, and measurable business value through structured programs.
• Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads to drive adoption.
• Develop reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices.
• Synthesize customer feedback to inform product and program enhancements.
