Job summary

OpenAI seeks an Enablement Lead, Knowledge Work, to drive high-impact enablement and adoption services across our product suite, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents. You will design enablement experiences, serve as SME, and lead workshops for varied audiences to accelerate value realization.

Based in London or Dublin with a hybrid model (3 days in the office per week) and relocation assistance for new hires.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in customer facing, enablement, or instructional roles.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills for senior and executive audiences.
Strong product fluency across ChatGPT and Agents with practical enterprise applicability.

Responsibilities

Own the enablement of OpenAI products, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents.
Serve as SME for designated product areas and relay customer feedback to product teams.
Lead customer enablement across onboarding, expansion, and long-term adoption.
Design and deliver high-impact engagements: onboarding, advanced trainings, exec briefings, hackathons.
Drive activation, sustained usage, and measurable business value.
Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads to drive adoption.
Develop reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices.
Gather customer feedback and inform product/program improvements.
