Job summary

K3 Advisory Group is seeking an AI Adoption Partner in Salford to drive practical, governance‑compliant AI delivery. You will work inside a defined toolset, spanning problem definition, prototyping, rollout and adoption to deliver tangible value in hours and days, not months.

You’ll operate at the intersection of business strategy, data protection and responsible AI, ensuring approved tools (Aimee, Claude Artifacts) are used, and that outcomes are measured, scaled across the Group, and aligned

Qualifications

• Proven use of AI and generative AI to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• End-to-end delivery experience: problem definition, prototyping, rollout and adoption.
• Able to turn business problems into working solutions quickly within a defined toolset.
• Knowledge of data protection and client confidentiality in regulated environments; risk-tiering.
• Clear communicator, credible with partners, fee-earners and support teams.
• Curious and adaptable, willing to challenge established ways of working while maintaining trust.
• Desirable: professional services or regulated-advisory experience.
• Desirable: change, product, process-mapping or lean delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify where AI genuinely moves the needle within the cluster and build it using approved tools.
• Deliver AI initiatives end-to-end from problem definition to rollout and adoption.
• Ensure governance, data protection and security obligations are applied from the start.
• Measure outcomes and spread successful uses across the Group.
