Job summary
Progressive is seeking an experienced Project Site Manager to oversee the installation and replacement of AHUs on a major healthcare project. This is a site-based role with an initial 3-month contract and an immediate start.
The role requires a strong mechanical construction background, proven site management experience, and valid SMSTS and CSCS cards. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, monitor safety and programme, and ensure work is delivered to specification in a live
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical construction background required.
- Proven site management experience in construction environments.
- Leadership, communication and organisational skills essential.
- Valid SMSTS certification and CSCS card required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and replacement of AHUs on site.
- Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
- Monitor progress and resolve site issues promptly.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures.
- Liaise with clients, project stakeholders and the wider project team.
