Job summary

Progressive Global Energy is seeking an experienced Project Site Manager to oversee installation and replacement of Air Handling Units on a major healthcare project in Reading. You will lead site operations, coordinate subcontractors, manage programmes, and ensure safety and quality in a live construction environment.

The ideal candidate has a hands-on mechanical construction background, strong leadership and communication skills, and proven AHU project delivery experience, including working in

Qualifications

• Must have SMSTS certification.
• Must have CSCS card.
• Experience delivering AHU installation or replacement projects.
• Experience working in live healthcare environments with minimal disruption.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and replacement of AHUs on site.
• Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
• Monitor progress and proactively resolve site issues.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures.
• Liaise with clients, project stakeholders, and the wider project team.
• Manage resources and schedules to achieve successful project delivery.
