Job summary

CPR Recruitment is seeking a Senior Site Manager for a phased hospital fitout in Maidstone, Kent. The role starts in November 2026 for a minimum 12-month assignment under a main-contractor delivery model.

You will monitor the build programme, manage trades, and coordinate with the client and design team to resolve site issues, while ensuring the project remains on budget and on schedule. Hospital refurbishment experience, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• SMSTS required.
• CSCS Card required.
• First Aid Certificate required.
• Experience in hospital refurbishment/fitout preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update the build programme on a regular basis.
• Ensure trades are performing to programme and to high standard.
• Order materials, fixtures and fittings as needed.
• Liaise with client, contracts manager and architect on design/site issues.
• Manage design changes requested by client.
• Deliver the project on budget and on time.

Senior Site Manager – Maidstone, Kent – Phased Hospitial Fitout of an X-Ray Department - Starting Nov 2026 for minimim 12 months

Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in hospital fitouts & refurbishments, and they are looking for a No. 1 Site Manager to deliver a project in Maidstone.

Duties:

• Monitor and update the build programme on a regular basis
• Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard
• Order/ request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings
• Liaise with the client, contracts manager and architect on any design /site issues that need resolving
• Keep on top of design changes requested by client
• Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time.
