Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust invites newly qualified practitioners to join a Preceptorship programme designed to support transition to autonomous and competent practice within community care. You will engage in regular mentoring, develop skills in patient safety, safeguarding, leadership and quality improvement, and benefit from extensive education opportunities.

The role requires flexibility for a 7-day service, driving licence and access to a car for business use.

Qualifications

• Ability to assess, plan, provide and evaluate evidence-based nursing care for a wide range of conditions.
• Flexibility to work in a 7-days-a-week service and to adapt to community settings.
• Must have a full valid driving licence and access to a car for business use (unless exempt).
