Job summary

KUHN Group is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for its UK site. You will be the primary contact for our agricultural machinery dealer network within your assigned territory, reporting to the After Sales Manager and handling all after sales matters.

Your role involves providing after sales/technical support, training dealers, coordinating with factories on issues, and processing warranty claims across Wales and the West of England. Travel within the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Strong practical agricultural engineering background.
• Sound technical knowledge of electronic and hydraulic diagnostics.
• Clear and concise communication at all levels.
• CRM systems experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide after sales / technical support to dealer network.
• Communicate with factories on product issues.
• Deliver technical training to dealer network.
• Demonstrate and train operators in use and maintenance of Kuhn products.
• Process warranty claims for the territory.
