Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an SME Relationship Manager, Agriculture to manage a portfolio of around 100 farming client groups across multiple UK locations. The role combines face-to-face and MS Teams engagements, with on-site collaboration and a hybrid working pattern.

You will identify opportunities to grow the franchise, prepare credit papers for facilities and renewals, and support customers in sustainable business practices aligned with ESG priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Relationship management experience in banking or corporate/commercial sectors.
• Ability to identify opportunities and grow client portfolios.
• Experience writing clear credit papers and assessing lending facilities.
• Ability to assess and manage credit risk and use policy tools.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agriculture clients.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships with relevant products and services.
• Assess and prepare credit papers for new facilities and renewals.
• Advise on sustainability considerations in line with ESG goals.
