Lloyds Banking Group is looking for an SME Relationship Manager in Agriculture to handle a portfolio of around 100 farming clients, meeting them in person and via Teams to understand their needs and opportunities. The role blends relationship management with credit assessment and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work across offices in Poole, Dorchester, Shaftesbury, Weymouth, Yeovil or Salisbury with a hybrid pattern and opportunities to influence sustainable farming finance.

Formación

• Experience in relationship management within financial services.
• Proven ability to win new business in a competitive banking environment.
• Skilled in preparing credible credit papers and facility renewals.
• Ability to assess credit risk and balance value with outcomes.
• Strong analytical thinking and evidence-based decision making.
• Collaborates with product, service teams and intermediaries.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agriculture clients and understand their needs.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through relevant products.
• Assess and prepare credit papers for new facilities and renewals.
• Encourage sustainable business practices aligned with ESG goals.
• Work with service teams to resolve requests and explain service models.
• Represent the Group in meetings with partners and intermediaries.
