Job summary

GBR Recruitment Ltd in partnership with a leading agricultural equipment provider is seeking a Field Sales Account Manager to cover Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, North Somerset & North-east Somerset. You will manage 600+ live accounts, drive revenue growth, and build long-term relationships with farmers and farming businesses.

The role is field-based with a company car, uncapped commission, and remote/home working options.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience in agriculture.
• Experience selling to farmers and farming businesses.
• Able to travel across Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, North Somerset & North-east Somerset.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales targets within costs, revenue and margins.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and promote products.
• Liaise with target farming companies and independents.
• Own lead generation and conversion in the defined territory.
• Attend industry events to represent the company.
• Keep product knowledge up to date.
• Exceed personal sales budget and KPIs.
• Update CRM with accurate information.
• Collaborate with telesales partner to hit targets.
• Participate in sales meetings and training days.
