Job summary

Primary ITO is seeking a dedicated business development leader to advance engagement with agriculture businesses and learners across New Zealand. You will build strategic relationships, shape engagement direction, and collaborate across teams to deliver sound outcomes for agriculture learners.

The role focuses on developing and implementing training solutions, and guiding annual business planning discussions with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business development initiatives.
• Experience in the education sector and/or vocational learning environments.
• Experience partnering with agriculture businesses and/or commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support business development with existing and new agriculture businesses.
• Build and enhance the profile of Primary ITO and provide strategic direction for engagement with agriculture businesses.
• Recommend, develop and implement training solutions based on customer needs.
• Facilitate discussions and planning of annual business plans.
